The skin polisher along with the foam head should not be used more than 2 twice a week, where as the Skin cleanser along with the cleansing brush can be used 3 times in a week. The cleanser and polisher are however not recommended to use together. 

I noticed that the skin polisher is much more exfoliating than it looks. The first day I tried it, I literally couldn't stop touching my skin as it made it so soft. The foam head removed all the gunk from my face and thoroughly exfoliated it! I then tried the skin cleanser which comes with a cleansing brush on the next day. It did a good job of everyday cleansing,I like to use the gentle everyday cleanser and brush to remove the remains of my makeup once I am done removing it with wipes or waterproof makeup remover.

I really liked this product overall. It did give my skin a routine to follow. It is important to make a skin care routine as it keeps your skin in constant care.

Overall I love this product, I think it is one of the best purchases I did in a couple of months, and I don't regret it all. The price is fairly inexpensive for all that you get, its worth checking out.
