Hey Sugaries, (as you are reading sugars's blog I thought to name you all that :)

As promised in my previous post, today i will show you how I make my own lip scrub. It takes less than five minutes and takes only two ingredients. So let's get started!



Things you will need:
2 tbs sugar         ( you can take white or brown sugar which every you like, i prefer white)
1 tsp olive oil      ( you can use Vaseline if you don't like the taste and smell of olive oil)
Food coloring     (optional)
Empty container  ( use old containers from creams or buy a pack for SAR 2 from Bin Dawood)

Like almost everyone the toughest thing I do is leaving my blanket alone on the bed... :( Yes I mean waking up...But as soon  as I'm done doing this I head over to the washroom for my daily skin care routine..
Here is how it goes.

1. Washing the face:
I like using a face wash which suits my combination skin type. You can also use face wash made for all skin types if not sure what skin type you actually have. I personally like the Boots cucumber face wash as it is soothing and gives a fresh look on my face.

1. Use a lip liner
Use a lip liner that is close or the same color as your lipstick to outline your lips.

When it comes to lashes, I am all about thick long and voluminous lashes! I often see many people wearing gorgeous makeup but they don't seem to put mascara. Gosh! That's such a turn off! 1. Maybelline Colossal Volume Express
This stuff is amazingggggg, it gives immense volume. At first when I got it I didn't really like it a lot but later I loved it, I understood the fact that mascara's tend to be a little watery when they are new. This guy here is the first thing i reach to when I am choosing a mascara.

TIP: If you bring a mascara and don't seem to like it just put the wand back and forth in the tube, this will allow outside air to go in and will thicken the formula for you to apply easily.

There has been quite a hype about the Naked Palette, I am seeing many youtubers raving about it. I personally think Naked One palette has really good matte as well as shimmery shadows but there are many new palettes out there with the same good packaging, pigmentation in colors, and have same creamy texture.
The LORAC pro palette is one thing now that is not only less in price but is equally as a good as the naked palettes.

Many of us might be having that one special thing around the corner to come. But with loads of work, stress and fatigue our face also starts looking dull. Buying face masks can end up really expensive, so here is something i have been doing since years!

PS; This is good for all skin types. Happy glowing!

Now here is what you need:
 2    tsp olive oil (repairs skin, promotes elasticity, and is a natural moisturizer)
 1    tsp honey ( is a natural anti-bacterial kills acne and also removes tough acne marks)
1/2  tsp baking soda ( gentle exfoliant, absorbs excess oil and reduces redness)

Take the above ingredients and mix it in a bowl. Wash your face with your regular face wash and gently scrub your face in circular direction, this will ensure good blood flow and will instantly remove the dead skin as well. Keep this mask for 10 mins and wash it of with water. Remember your face might feel a bit oily but that's only because of the olive oil. If you are doing it during the day  you may use a toner to wipe away that oily feeling, but if you are doing this at night you can just sleep and allow the oils to sink further in the skin.

Now we all know that its a true struggle when we are looking for a foundation to match our skin. People often believe that foundations are used to make ones skin look FAIR! This is a myth! Foundation is basically used for creating an even skin tone all across your face and neck, this all helps in covering acne spots,dark spots, or uneven skin tones which most of us have.Foundations are a base for making your makeup stand out you can either look o lala! with it or you can look ewww with it. Foundations start from a range of SAR 30 and so on... Remember never compromise when it comes to your skin...and makeup is an investment.

1. Oily Skin
For this type of skin i would recommend to stay away from anything which says "dewy" or "illuminating"
as these things make your skin look shiny which is not good when your skin already has shine. Instead go for "matte" look. My personal favorite is from Sephora its called 10hr perfecting foundation. Its so amazing i cant even describe! This stuff really lasts a long way and photographs perfectly. This can be found in any sephora and is for SAR 99. This is also a full coverage foundation.
