1. Use a lip liner
Use a lip liner that is close or the same color as your lipstick to outline your lips.

1. Use a lip liner
Use a lip liner that is close or the same color as your lipstick to outline your lips.

2. Fill in your lips
Completely fill in your lips with the same lip liner, this is done as lip liners tend to stay better on lips and will stay even if the lipsticks comes off.
3. Use a lip brush
Using a lip brush makes it 10 times easier to fill in your lips with a dark color.
4. Use a Translucent powder
Using a translucent powder (colorless powder) with a brush and a tissue will make your lipstick matte and will also make it last longer.
5. Use Concealer
Use a precise brush to clean the outline of your lips, to crisp the edges and to wipe of any color you may have accidentally put there.
6. Finished Result:
VOILA! your perfect bold lip is complete!
