One of the things you will know about me is that I am a girl on the go. I don't always stay at home and neither can i travel with a entire bag of makeup stuff flying in my handbag. I like being organised. It makes hella difference, and in this post you will see why.

1. Makeup bag
The word "makeup bag" literally means something in which you store your makeup, now ladies this means something small and compact. You don't have to travel with a huge school bag inspired makeup bag. Keep it classy and chic!

2. Things to keep:

1. Concealer : This is if just in case your makeup starts slipping from around the nose, especially the foundation, you can instantly conceal it. NEVER keep a foundation as it might leak or spill, stick concealers can often melt and will change it's texture, it will be a mess to clean!
2. Setting powder: Keep a setting powder to keep everything in place till you wish to wash it away. Choose the one which is translucent (has no color), because you don't want to layer powder foundation on foundation.
3. Blotting sheets: You can find these at Sephora a pack for SR 16  I believe, or use sandwich papers (aka tracing papers) to blot access oil away.
4. Eye Liner: Keep a brown liner its sooo universal, I can't emphasis enough. It will not only help you in darkening your eye rim you can also just simply smudge it on your upper lids and voila! Your smoky eye is done! This will also work to fill in your brows on the go!
   
   Tip: Do not travel with eye shadows, let's be honest no one has got the time to do a wedding look on the go. So, keep it simple and save space.
5. Lipstick: Unlike most people I like to have options. I tend to gravitate more towards lip liners so I always keep those. I keep three lip colors; a classic baby doll pink to wear in the morning, a red, to transform any day look to a night look, (Read my previous post on how to manage a red lip) and last a nude lip color just in case i want to tone down these colors.
6. Mascara: Having a good mascara at hand is a life saver. Your lashes will lift and will give u a wide awake look.
7. Blush: Always choose a neutral blush, neither too pink nor too coral keep something in between. As the day goes by so does your blush.You will also notice that your blush is the first thing that sheds of during the day.
8. Brush: Keep a brush, you will need this for setting the powder or the blush. You don't want to use your hands to do that when you are out and about.
9. Makeup wipes: Things happen when you are in a hurry and there is nothing more reliving than having makeup wipes at hand! You will thank me for this later but you're welcome! ;)
10. Sanitizer: Avoid getting bacteria on your skin, use a sanitizer before you touch your face.
